“Not only was Shawn knowledgeable about how other successful non-profits recruited board members and structured their organizations, but she took the time to understand our organization and our board members to develop a focused plan for revitalizing the board with new blood. She truly went above and beyond what we envisioned and the corresponding results exceeded our expectations."

Terms of Engagement:
- Typical range: Three - four months to facilitate processes and deliver stated outcomes.
- Deliverables can be completed on a project basis. The duration of each deliverable varies and is negotiated with the client.
Fee Structure:
Based on client needs and development toward goals, a tailored work plan is billed at a project rate. The project fee is determined by the average amount of time estimated necessary to complete the deliverables. The project fee is discussed and agreed by the client prior to engagement of services.
This fee structure recognizes that different phases of the project / campaign may require more or fewer hours, yet it allows the client to expect a set monthly fee while fostering ongoing, open communication.
