“Shawn's attention to detail and interviews with potential donors helped us identify their key questions. In response, we clarified our commitment and plans for environmental stewardship and community development. Following Vision First's recommendations, we experienced an increase in Walnut Way donors.”

Approach:
Conduct approximately (40) interviews with your best prospects.
Deliverables:
- Qualify suspected donor interest
- Suggest a campaign goal based on an estimate of fundraising capacity.
- Enter dialogue with current and prospective donors and incorporate their advice in planning.
- Build awareness of the organization's impact on the community.
- Identify:
- Campaign leadership volunteers
- Lead contributors
- Major donors
- Provide an outline for a tested case for support.
- Assure lead investors of a researched campaign goal and plan to succeed.
- Recommend next steps to advance the campaign.
Terms of Engagement:
- Typical range: Three - four months to prepare for and conduct (40) interviews and present a written report with recommendations.
Fee Structure:
Based on client needs and development toward goals, a tailored work plan is billed at a project rate. The project fee is determined by the average amount of time estimated necessary to complete the deliverables. The project fee is discussed and agreed by the client prior to engagement of services.
This fee structure recognizes that different phases of the project / campaign may require more or fewer hours, yet it allows the client to expect a set monthly fee while fostering ongoing, open communication.
