Review and enhance fundraising performance in grant writing, direct mail, major donor programs, special events and planned giving.
Deliverables:
- Fundraising program audit (includes analysis of current efforts / results, written materials, donors, infrastructure, human and technical resources)
- Facilitated fund development planning sessions with board and key staff.
- Annual fund development plan (including goals, objectives, time lines and persons responsible.
- Recommendations for increased fundraising results
- Implementation management and support
- Increased board member / volunteer leadership involvement

Terms of Engagement:
- Typical range: 6 months - one year. Based on the necessary time to process the department audit, recommendation approvals, and begin implementation, it takes at least 6 months to realize the performance increases.
- Deliverables can be provided on a project basis. Duration of each deliverable varies and is negotiated with the client.
Fee Structure:
Based on client needs and development toward goals, a tailored work plan is billed at a project rate. The project fee is determined by the average amount of time estimated necessary to complete the deliverables. The project fee is discussed and agreed by the client prior to engagement of services.
This fee structure recognizes that different phases of the project / campaign may require more or fewer hours, yet it allows the client to expect a set monthly fee while fostering ongoing, open communication.
